Refund & Replacement Policy

At Vastraa, every product is made to order. Each design is printed only after a customer places an order, ensuring quality and exclusivity.

Because our products are made on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been successfully delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products

We only provide replacement for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To request a replacement, please send the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • A short video showing the issue

These details must be sent directly to the founder via WhatsApp for verification.

After verification, if the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.

Replacement Conditions

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The wrong size was ordered by the customer
  • The customer changed their mind after delivery
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

Vastraa reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
